Return Policies
To make a return claim the item must be unused in the original condition as it was received. (Restocking fees will apply) To make a return claim due to a damaged, defective, or broken item, the item must first be shipped out within 3 days. (Display items may only be returned if item is not in working condition. Any nicks, scratches, or show of handling is not considered damaged.) Only after we have received the item, and examine the damages then we will determine to either replace, or refund the item. If no fault is found with your item that has been used and returned, that item will be returned to you, and a report will be made to eBay. We do not, and will not tolerate customers who feel that they can purchase items, use them and try to return that used item for a refund.
A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the finale sale value of all items returned. This only applies to customers who return items for reasons other than being damaged, defective, or broken.
Insurance
All items purchased will be insured as they are shipped out, insurance is included with the shipping fee. All insurance claims will be directed to the shipping company in order for the claim to begin, so they may come and examine the package. As the claim is in progress we will work as an intermediate between the shipping company and the customer keeping you updated.
Shipping Policies
All items will be shipped out within five business days after payment is received, by one of several selected carrier. We currently offer three shipping service UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Due to the fact that packages estimated shipping days may change with location, we reserve the right to switch carries between the three as seen fit for a better service. All item shipped out of the Country will be shipped via USPS Airmail Parcel Post, unless otherwise instructed from buyer. (Fees will apply for switch)
Payment
Auction Purchases: All payments should be made within 24 hours after the auction has ended. If payment isn’t made in compliance with our time limit, then we reserve the right to cancel the wining bid as seen fit. (Fees will apply for nonpayment)
Fixed Price & Store Inventory: Instant payment is required for all items sold at a fixed price, or as store inventory. If payment isn’t made instantly, then the item remains up for sale until time of actual purchase.
