Warranty

do not guarantee battery life.
If a item has a warranty, it will be stated in the auction.
All 100% functional phones will have a non DOA warranty. If an item with a warranty is found to be faulty, you have 7 days to
return it. However this does not include physical damage to the item.
All non working phones will be sold as is with no warranty. This means
we don't guarantee any part of the phone to be good. Phones may be
missing screws or parts, we do not open these phones up (although they
may have been previously opened). There will be no returns accepted on these items.
All 100% functional items will be sold with the option of adding a SquareTrade Warranty.
Their warranties include unlocked cell phones. SquareTrade

Returns
If for some reason you want to return
your item, please contact us for a RMA #. If we find that the item is
returnable, a number will be issued. This number needs to be visible on
the package somewhere or on a invoice inside the package. Failure to do
so will result in refund or exchange being void.

original or partial item amount. This does not include shipping.
