(Saturday and Sunday are not business days). We will keep this guarantee and if needed we will
expedite shipping at no additional cost for you. We will email you the tracking number once we

Shipping insurance is included on all purchases. If a claim needs to be filed with the carrier the
buyer will be responsible for filing it. If you file a claim you must keep the box and all packing

RETURN POLICIES
All returns must be approved by phone before you ship any item back to us. If you ship an item
back to us without calling us prior to shipping the package will be refused & returned to you.
Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them. If they have been used or opened, a
