Customers’ Responsibilities:

are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We will
not be responsible for any orders delivered to an incorrect address
provided by the customer. Orders
under $100 will be shipped with no signature request on deliver which
means UPS will leave your package at your front door in most cases. If
package is stolen, we will not be responsible for the package. Please
monitor the status on your package on UPS/USPS websites and make sure
that someone will be present for the deliveryCheck your package before signing it or accepting it, refuse the package if it looks like it was damage during transit!!!
Will your order be taxed?
By law, black5day.com is required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to California. The
sales tax is 9.75% for orders shipped within California. For all the
California customers, there is no need to report your internet
purchases to the IRS, we report that every quarter. However, for
customers outside of California, the states you reside in may require
you to pay sales tax for purchase over the internet. If that’s the
case, you will be responsible to report your purchase to your tax

Return Policy:
Not eligible for returns: products sold in new conditions must be return unopened and with original packaging. If original packaging is opened, your return will not be accepted. Items
listed as is or nonfunctional conditions are not refundable. All sales
of as is items are all final with no return or warranty what so ever.
Brand New items: you may return new unopened product within 3 days after it is received in order to be eligible for returns. Items must be returned as new in their original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be apply to the order. Shipping cost is not refundable and returns must be shipped prepaid.
Used items: you may only return used items if it is defective or not as described within 3 days after item is received.

type of item is not returnable, all sales are final with no exception,

Return instructions:
If your order meets the return criteria above, please follow the instruction below in order to process a return:
1. Please email us and explain the reason for returning the order
2. We will evaluation your condition and if your return is approved, we will issue you a RMA number
3. An email response will be sent to you whether your return is approved or denied
4. If your return is approved, please print out a copy of the email response and include it with your package back
5. Once the package is back, our inspector will check to make sure the item is in the original condition
6. When the inspector approves the return, we will process the refund within 24hours
