This is a Used 120gb Elite complete working system. We offer a 7 day exchange/refund on it because it is used. We purchased this item in a bulk auction lot of used systems. It has been tested to assure it is in working condition, since it was previously owned. Upon
powering it up for testing we found that it powers up and works fine, it has the latest 9199 dash board and connects to Xbox Live with no problems. The original box does have some damage from being pre owned and from previous shipping, however it is included in the auction.
