Upon powering it up for testing we found that it powers up to dash 8498, as shown in the provided pictures. It connects to Xbox Live with no issues, I however did not download the latest updates. The disc tray opens and closes, it sounds as though it is trying to read discs, but with NO Success. The case and faceplate are in Very Good/Excellent Condition.......as you can also see in the pictures. The item is in the condition in which we received it. The Microsoft warranty seal is partially torn.We have no idea what has been previously done to this console (if anything)...All we know is what we found when testing it, as listed.It is in very good visible condition, powers up, but does NOT read discs.~This item is being sold as is broken for parts or repair,there is no warranty offered on it ~This and all our units have only been tested, and externally inspected, there was no long term gaming done on them. We do not open up the units for repair nor do we inspect the internals of them. We buy units like these from bulk auctions and list them to the best of our understanding. We just check their external condition, see what happens when we try to power them up and list what we find.Customer Service is Very Important to us!!If you have any questions or concerns Please ask us.
