How is the Nintendo Wii Fit?
In the ads, it seems that the product is incredible. It seems as if you get a good workout, but Do you really get a good workout using this product.
Physically speaking the game does work the muscles out. I mean you have everything from cardio boxing is, to yoga. It is very good for children .... Please understand this child .... ... It was designed for parents who had children who did not want to leave to play, not adults. I really advise you to spend your hard earned money on something for yourself. But again that is great for kids. I hope to help ^ _ ^
Has anyone found that nintendo wii fit has helped them lose weight? What about wii sports?
ive been using the wiifit for 8 days now and have lost 5 pounds! im sure some of this is water weight. im also eating healthier and using other methods for working out like DDR. its only as effective as you want to make it but it does have fun activites and best of all its a great motivation tool. it charts your weight and bmi and illustrates it in a graph and you cant erase a bad weigh in so it motivates you to keep up the exercise. the aerobic exercises could be longer and more intensive but im excited about new workout games that are in development that will solve that issue. i would recommend it, it gets me off my butt and moving.
